Chocolate Chunk Blondies

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, metled
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup additional chocolate of your choice (I used the chocolate man!)
2 Tbsp. festive sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease then line a 9" x 13" pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a separate, larger bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Continue to whisk until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and combine using a silicone spatula just until a dough starts to come together.
Fold in the chocolate and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Transfer the dough into the prepared pan and flatten until evenly spread out into the pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and the center doesn't jiggle.
Let the blondies cool completely in the dish.
Release the blondies from the pan and cut them evenly. I used a circle cookie cutter to cut out as many blondies as possible. You can cut them into squares too!
Enjoy!
