Cupids Chex Mix
Ingredients:
6 cups Chex cereal (I used rice Chex)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
M&m's (optional, + you can add as many as you'd like)
Directions:
Pour the Chex cereal into a large bowl, then set aside.
In a microwavable bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals mixing in-between each until it is completely melted.
Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined.
Melt the butter in a small dish then add it to the chocolate peanut butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and use a silicone spatula to coat each piece of cereal.
Place the cereal in a large ziplock bag then add the powdered sugar on top.
Make sure to seal the bag super tight so you don't make a mess. Toss the bag to coat the cereal in powdered sugar for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle some festive m&m's on top and enjoy!!
