Dunkaroos Bars

  • 2 packs of the frozen dunkaroos cookie dough (I found mine from Wegmans)

  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted

  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar

  • 3-4 Tbsp. heavy cream

  • frosting from dunkaroos (optional)

  • rainbow nonpareil sprinkles

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly grease and line a 9" x 9" pan. Set aside.

  2. Place all of the cookie dough discs into the prepared pan. Use a silicone spatula to flatten down the dough into the pan.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. While that's baking, we can prepare the buttercream.

  5. Mix together the butter and sugar while slowly adding in the heavy cream. Mix until nice and smooth. Add in the dunkaroos frosting (optional).

  6. Add in the sprinkles.

  7. Let the bars cool completely.

  8. Spread the buttercream evenly onto then top with the dunkaroos cookies.

  9. Cut the bars into squares.

  10. Enjoy!
