Pumpkin Butter Spread
Servings: About 1 1/2 cups
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. apple cier
1/2 cup real maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Reduce the temperature to low and let it cook for about 20 minutes while stirring every 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool before transferring into a jar.
Store in a sealed jar and enjoy!
