Pumpkin Butter Spread

Servings: About 1 1/2 cups


Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree

  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. apple cier

  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup

  • 1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

  2. Reduce the temperature to low and let it cook for about 20 minutes while stirring every 1-2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring into a jar.

  4. Store in a sealed jar and enjoy!
