Servings: 12-15 cookies
2 cups plus 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup light brown sugar
5 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup chopped snickers candy bar (plus more chopped for topping)
1/4 cup chopped caramel candies
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
In a separate, large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until nice and smooth. Add in the milk.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined.
Fold the chopped snickers pieces, caramels, and peanuts until they are evenly distributed throughout.
Scoop about 3 Tbsp. sized pieces of dough, roll it out then gently form it into a disc by pressing down on it with the palm of your hand.
Top each one with 2-3 pieces of chipped snickers then bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
