Ted Lasso Biscuits


  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp.

  • 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla


  1. Prepare a 9" x 9" baking pan by spreading room temp butter around the entire bottom and sides. Lay parchment on the bottom and allow some extra parchment to hand over the sides.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. You can do this by hand with a whisk or with an electric mixer on low speed. Mix for about 2-3 minutes or until there are no lumps and the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until the dough looks crumbly. About 1-2 minutes.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down into the pan using the bottom of a measuring cup.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Let the dough chill in the fridge while the oven preheats.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

  7. Let the biscuits sit in the pan for about 10 minutes after coming out of the oven.

  8. Slice the biscuits while they're still in the pan. I purchased copycat Ted Lasso biscuit boxes on amazon here!
