Servings: 10-12 cookies
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Hershey sugar cookie bars
1/4 cup white chocolate (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fit with a paddle attachment or by hand with a silicone spatula, cream together the butter and sugars.
Add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in two sugar cookie Hershey bars broken up into small pieces.
Scoop and roll the cookies into 2 1/2 Tbsp. sized balls.
Place little pieces of the Hershey bar on top of the cookies before baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet.
This part is optional, but you can drizzle white chocolate on top of these cookies and sprinkle on some festive colored sprinkles.
